Ecchicon 5th strike – Event

This gallery contains a semi-random choice of photos from Ecchicon 5. Posed photo sessions can be found there, and the main (for me at least) event – cosplay – can be found there. Here is the rest – the corridors, the wandering cosplayers, the goods, the japanese games room, the console room, the weirdos running inside cardboard boxes and playing music from Metal Gear Solid…

Anyway… The convent itself was IMHO a huge success – there were some issues, but the most annoying was the scorching heat – one thing the orgs couldn’t do much about. So – organization-wise – they are improving:) Panels were… varied in terms of quality, but the one about american adaptations of Manga and Anime was especially interesting. Japanese games and console rooms didn’t disappoint, the cosplay was amazing… I’m looking forward to the next one…
